First off, this little man in the king of adorable faces and even more adorable hand movements. Sometimes, I don’t really have enough words to describe the perfection of babies. Let me think: I love his eyes, his smile, his two new teeth, love the way he rolls over, and LOVE his little hand movements. I just have a lot of love for this big guy. 7 months has got to be one of the greatest ages. SO happy to have the opportunity to photograph Mr. J as he grows and changes. Had fun working with you big guy, can’t wait until next time!

This was such a fun night, I don’t know where to begin. Peggy called me up over a year ago and asked me to photograph her and her husbands 130th birthday event. And, was it ever an event. Austin’s Event Band Blind Date played and were SO MUCH fun, family and friends flew in from across the country, and everyone was just having an amazing time dancing the night away. Need I say more. These are just a small sample from the night.

This lucky momma is blessed x2. I have had the opportunity to photograph twins before, but never at their tiniest. The “H” brothers were only 9 days old for this session (and just confirmed as identical WOW!). They were absolutely perfect, adorable, and just the sweetest little guys. Mom is obviously smitten for her new additions, who wouldn’t be?

This session was shot a little different than my normal sessions. Generally I approach newborns with a more lifestyle approach. But these little guys were still so tiny and fragile, we stayed in a small, well heated room to keep them safe and healthy. I’m always up for trying new things, and I really enjoyed working on our in-home set.

Love this crew, and am SO jealous of their beautiful Hill Country land. Congrats on the new additions, they are truly special!

There is not much more exciting than a baby on the way. I was so honored when Marisa asked if I’d take her maternity photos. Of course! Our husbands have been friends for their entire lifetime, and we could not be more excited about the baby girl on the way. Little Z will join the family in March, and you can just feel the peaceful excitement as the due date quickly approaches. Mom was glowing, she looked absolutely beautiful. What a wonderful time. Congrats a million times over!

Oh I just love this exciting time! Marisa you look amazing!
